Credit Hell Need Help ASAP

I am in credit hell. I have several unauthorized inquiries I want to know if I can sue both the company and the cra. I have a paid repossesion that I was tricked into paying after being told they would change the rating upon payment. They didnt and they are inaccurately reporting it as voluntary reposession 2/98 when I turned it in 11/97. Of course I have no proof of this. I definately want to sue. But I don't know where to begin. Is there a sample of a complaint that I can send with my letters regarding the inquiries and repossesion to the respective companies and then file in Small Claims Court. I really don't know what a small claims court complaint looks like but I would like a sample to send with my letters so they will know I'm serious. I would also like to file the complaint if they do not respond. Please Help. I'm new here.

Check your private messages. For anyone else looking for a small claims complaint, check out Christine's site at http://www.creditcourt.com. She has one posted there. Also, if you do a google search for your local small claims court, you might be able to download the forms from online. Most courts have a website these days and make the forms available.

I recently learned that every county can set up their OWN small claims rules. Different forms, fees, rules, procedures ...

I'd go to the courthouse and get the form and instructions. If you're lucky you can find everything on the web. Defintitely talk to the clerks.

I had a case dismissed last year because I didn't serve "restricted delivery." Recently reviewed the instructions, that wasn't IN the requirements they gave me at that time. So, they change rules and might forget to tell you, hand out old papers, whatever.
