Updates
March 20, 2002

Today I received the Notice from the Court appointing Judge Siragusa.

Also enclosed was a Notice of Right to Consent to Disposition of a Civil Case by a United States Magistrate Judge. If both parties agree, a Magistrate Judge can hear the case and often times you will get an earlier trial date than you might otherwise. They asked that I serve this along with my Summons and Complaint, but those were long gone by the time I received this and since I don't consent anyway...its going in my files. I will scan the actual pleading we would file if both parties had consented shortly.

L.J. Ross and Associates must have been served today. The tradeline being reported by Experian has disappeared as of today's date.

I received a letter today from LJ Ross Associates in which they apologize for any inconvenience and inform me they have removed this entry from my credit report. You can see their letter here.

You can view my response here.
