Notice appointing

I received notice that the Honorable David G. Larimer has been assigned to hear this case. I also received the standard "Consent to Jurisdiction by a United States Magistrate Judge". Again in this case, I do not want to appear before the Magistrate Judge, so I will not return this to the court.

XXXXXXXXX opened the lines of communication on the day I filed the lawsuit, before they were aware that I had filed. We are close to a settlement on that end and if that happens, they will be dismissed from the lawsuit with prejudice. I will be sharing the details of the talks in a separate section, but at this point, I am waiting for Experian to file an Answer.
