Confidential Settlement
On April 23, 2002, the original creditor agreed to settle this case and pay an undisclosed amount along with deleting the tradeline. Due to a confidentiality clause, I cannot post the Settlement Agreement or disclose the terms of the settlement or the amount received. I will be filing a Motion for Voluntary Dismal to dismiss them as a party to the lawsuit immediately. We will carry on with Experian as the only Defendant from this point forward. | |
